I added orange rind and used freshly squeezed orange juice as a substitute for the ¼ c of water. Instead of sugar and agave, I included ⅛ c dried pineapple and ⅛ c dried cherries, in addition to ⅛ c dried raisins and about five drops of Stevia extract. Additionally, I used spelt flour instead of whole wheat flour. The carrot stars were soaked in orange juice.
The final product was quite delicious!
